Liked Ken Kays quote on 21st century set of literacies our learning environments need to cater for : i.e  <br /> 
&#39;find information,validate information, synthesize information, leverage, communicate, collaborate and problem solve&quot; &nbsp;. Yet at the  <br /> 
same time think we can&#39;t ignore the <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/01/04/AR2009010401532.html">voices</a> who caution against adopting this approach willy nilly.  <br /> 
 <br /> 
Still&nbsp;Stephen Heppels take on social networking spaces as a space to &#39;reflect, retract, research ..a gentle space&#39; coaxes one to pause and consider the potential benefits that these non-adversarial spaces may offer.  <br />
