Came across this video which artfully expresses what educators need to be considering in guiding the 21st  century learner.

Liked Ken Kays quote on 21st century set of literacies our learning environments need to cater for : i.e
'find information,validate information, synthesize information, leverage, communicate, collaborate and problem solve"  . Yet at the
same time think we can't ignore the voices who caution against adopting this approach willy nilly.

Still Stephen Heppels take on social networking spaces as a space to 'reflect, retract, research ..a gentle space' coaxes one to pause and consider the potential benefits that these non-adversarial spaces may offer.
