AMENDED - UPGRADE OF PABX (TELEPHONE SERVICES): 10 JULY 2012

Please note that CNS – Telephone Services will be upgrading software on the PABXs.  There will be 3 upgrades which will affect users.  Dates and impact to users are listed below:

11 July from 17h00 – 20h00 (NB.  This event was previously planned from 17h00 – 19h00)
• Senate House – No voice communication, either incoming, outgoing or internal
• Central Block – Internal Service only

18 July from 17h00 – 19h00
• No voice services will be available to and from:
• Wits Junction
• New Science Stadium
• Wits Art Museum (WAM)
• University Corner 5th Floor
• Sunnyside Extension Residence
• Gable Ends

25 July from 17h00 – 19h00
• No voice services will be available to and from:
• Wits Junction
• New Science Stadium
• Wits Art Museum (WAM)
• University Corner 5th Floor
• Sunnyside Extension Residence
• Gable Ends
